  1. To be on the edge and worried is not an option - everything will be solved, eventually;
  2. To do things I love is necessary and essential;
  3. Don’t put neither my body nor my mind on excessive stress;
  4. Seize the day - everyday has some kind of wonder;
  5. Wake up early, drink water and smile;
  6. Listen to music - my soul appreciates;
  7. Do somes exercises to free the spirit;
  8. Always learn - my brain needs that;
  9. Don’t be afraid of doing differents things - changes are good;
  10. Rest, pray and thank.
